Refund & Return Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags included.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at hello@northernring.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order, subject to availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the defective/incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
• Items returned after the 30-day return window
• Gift cards

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

1. Check your bank or credit card statement — processing times vary by financial institution
2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be a processing delay on their end
3. If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at hello@northernring.com
