Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about Northern Ring shipping and delivery.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — Free on all orders
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — $8.00
  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — $15.00

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During drop launches, processing may take up to 3 business days due to high volume.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future — join our waitlist to stay updated on expansion plans.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Northern Ring is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@northernring.com — we can only make changes before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us at hello@northernring.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  2. Include your order number and a description of the issue
  3. For damaged items, include photos of the packaging and product

We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
